We charge only for indexable pages. Indexable pages include the introduction and the chapters. They do not include the tables of contents, prefaces, glossaries, bibliographies, author biographical information, and pages consisting exclusively of images. Footnotes and endnotes are included in the word count only if you want them indexed.
The rate range is $5.00–$6.50 per 350-words.
